The first thing was the door greeter that had to look me up and down to determine if I was suitable to enter the store. Then to the person that was "assigned" to "take care" of us as if she would rather be set on fire then to be bothered with a "return" no commission I assume. I explained the situation and Immediately she picked up the FLEXIBLE bracelet and informed me in quite the condescending tone that it was BENT, AND COULD NOT BE RETURNED!!!!!!!! But I'll do you a favor and go talk to my manager to see if there is anything we can do......so 30 seconds later the answer is still NO.
I guess they have no problem taking my hard earned money, but don't wanna stand behind their policy. I just hope returning it by mail won't have the same results and my girl won't have the jewelry she wanted. I only know I won't be doing any more business with these stuck up, mighty than thou , looking down the nose, people.
I was bombarded the moment I entered the store. There were two super high pressure sales persons trying to sale me everything but the one item I wanted to see, a ring. Felt very uncomfortable with them hovering about me, if it had been just one person it would not have been so overwhelming. I thanked them and walked out without a ring that I really wanted.

Ordered a charm bracelet from web site. It was too small to even be clasped on her wrist. hence it was not worn. the literature it came with said it can be replaced or returned at a store location. Took it to Pandora in Cordova mall. I have not been treated so poorly in a very long time.
I love the store and the team. I just got married and went there to buy my bridal party gifts. The helped me pick out the perfect gift for each person. Thank you!
My associate was Reese, he helped me pick out the PERFECT ring and charms for my bracelet I got for Christmas. He was never pushy or annoying, he was professional and so handsome! I loved that he displayed all of his Pandora goodies so , they really made me want to buy whatever he was rocking! He managed to remain focused on me and help other employees with their questions. He also cleaned my bracelet and had it looking brand new to match my new additions.His style and taste was something I trusted and I will forever return to him! He is truly a great representation of the company.
