Horrible. Staff was really nice, though. But they had me insured under a vehicle I had never had. Then didnt correct that. Even reported them to the BBB and nothing ever came of that. No phone calls. I just let my insurance lap when I moved away because I did not want to deal with them.

This agency in general has been the best I have ever done business with. Moving from state to state in the last 15 years I have experienced many. Jordan sold me on the idea of using Sate Farm but the follow ups from Tiffany have been what kept me coming back. First I started by getting them to cover a personal article policy for my wife's wedding ring and they were extremely helpful, because I had no idea how to go about that. Now a year later they have my personal article, my renters and even my wife and my life policies. I highly recommend the John Shaffer agency!
Some of the best service I have ever received from an insurance company. If they missed my call from the night before they would call me first thing in the morning. I had my renters policy from them. I told them of a move and they quoted me on car insurance and it went down in price, once I moved down. Friendly staff, great on time replies, and even checked on me after I moved down to make sure everything was going smoothly.
The so called "assistant manager" at this agency is EXTREMELY rude and unproffesional. I will never have them handle my insurance needs nor will I reccomend them to anyone in the future. She is disrespectful and incompetent.
