Horrible owner and staff. Had multiple issues over multiple years including cancelling a policy because I refused to add all my roommates and increase my premium, giving out protected information to someone other than myself, staff being rude and disrespectful and refusing to listen while trying to give them the information they needed.I tried going to another office and it was a much better experience, but I have cancelled all of my state farm policies because of this office since they have been so bad with every interaction.
