Took 2.5 months to get a payment from Geico for an accident that was on dash cam and proved other driver was at fault. I have moved on and changed to progressive.
They are horrible. I would not recommend going there.because they are rude as hell.and they are lucky I didn't cuss them out for it.
Geico in general is the problem. I have been calling to ask about why my policy went up by $1200 a year. I have a perfect driving record and then I had an accident in March. They keep telling me sorry but the rate changed in my area. Talked with Underwritting and supervisors and no one was able to help me. I understand a rate increase but they doubled my rates. Terrible service. With my job we recommend services to our customers and one of them is Geico. Not giving them any more business.

My car caught fire Sunday and thursday after hounded them all week have to drive over across town the lady with her triple chin wa was so rude and nasty. I'm full coverage with them and I should have a. Rentle but still nothing to be honest someone should have replaced the car Hyundai Geico it was a 2016 and the tale light caught fire and burned out then the next day I came out to find my locked car middle console burning.
