Debbie is one of those marvelous people, where you want to take them over to the copier and make dozens more! You should be extremely proud you have someone of her caliber working for you.
After being a loyal customer for many years and using AAA's travel services, I won't be using them for that anymore. Even after CONFIRMING the price, when the hotel changed it, AAA tried to "average out the price of the three nights" instead of honoring the price confirmed!! Took 30 min. to check in, an hour to check out. Pam Splar- the Manager insisted that I was wrong, even though it was the hotel. Finally, they gave me a $40 discount on my future membership - but I won't count on them again for travel. :( disappointed..
Very good service short time from when i call them
We went to a screen area where the photo could be taken. We tried a couple, as my eyes were not open enough on the first take. We compared, and settled on the second take. She printed them up for me, gave me a run down on all the things I would need to get everything processed.
I was with AAA for over 10 years in New Jersey and received great service but for whatever reason, you pay for a membership for 24 hour road side assistant in pensacola and when it comes time to call for a battery jump I can't even get one after 5 hours on the phone with one incompetent person after the other. I honestly don't know where the calls where being dispatched to, but it's impossible to get road side assistant apparently in this part of town. Very displeased with the lack of service I received after paying for a membership that was supposed to assist with road side issues. Would give zero stars if I could, because no service was even available

I went to the AAA office on Brent Lane in Pensacola, FL. There, I met Debbie Walker, or so it said in the desk. I explained my situation, and was glad to hear she could handle it right then.

We live in Alabama and were running errands in Pensacola saw the AAA office, went in to ask for a routing to Kansas and Texas and the Travel Agent at the first desk made a comment about Alabama 'must not do routings'. The second Customer Service representative who we were referred to was sitting behind the desk asked if we could come back or have it mailed to us. In all of our 40+ years of membership, every other state we visited, the representative took care of everyone individually, right there on the spot. The office was not busy, there was only one other member in there seeking other services. Not sure why we had to come back or have a simple routing within the U.S. mailed to us other than this office is impartial to those of us who live in Alabama.
