As much as i like Dr Marshall i am so sick of the waiting room there. the doctor himself is alright but as far as the administrative performance and check ins, this is one is at the bottom of the list. Every single appointment we have had in the past 3 months , we have waited in the waiting room for well over an hour... I can never have any other plans during appointment days because even though you have a schedule time, APPOINTMENT, we still have to wait almost 2 hours now in the damn waiting room... And they cant seem to keep track of files either because ive signed the same two papers atleast 3 times because she says they dont have it on file
