I was told by an ENT Dr that I needed to go back to my primary Dr. to get referred to another area to further check out the area of my compliant. When I get to the clerk I'm told they have no Drs in Bravo team. So I ask when will one be available? We don't know, we are waiting on one. How long will that be? We don't know! I have been using the facility for about 5 years now. With at least one visit a year. Some years more often than that. During the time I've only seen the same Dr twice. If health CARE is what you're looking for, look elsewhere. If customer service is what you're looking for, look elsewhere. If loyalty, trust, or simple honesty is what you're looking for, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a place that treats Veterans like human beings, look elsewhere. Makes me sick that unfortunately, a place dedicated to serving men&women, cannot take the time to actually serve its patients.
As a Korean war vet, I've been an outpatient at this clinic for many years and have no complaints. If you have a problem and treat everyone nice, I found they will be nice also. Itsa tedious job. They will always fix a rare error and please don't expect something not in their jurisdiction. Other than that, the breakfast omelets are great!
Everyone there is superb! I have been a patient for a year and a half so far. My primary doctor, Dr. Gonzales, takes his time with you and is great. I had moles removed two weeks ago and an upper and lower GI scope today. Dr. Fabian; Nurses Wanda, Barbara, Timea, and Dave; Techs Michelle and Derek were beyond great!
I go to the Rheumatology Clinic in Pensacola. The nurse Ashley Wagner gets all 5 stars. She is a rock star nurse. Yes the VA health care system has some problems that need fixing, but there are many hard working professionals here. If the patients here keep a good attitude, then a good attitude is returned.
