I went yesterday and It was a great experience the staff here are nice and welcoming. I have Doctor D. The lady doctor and she was very understanding and gave me the best experience I have EVER had with a OB/GYN
I recently had surgery through this office and I am 100% satisfied. I haven't felt this good, physically, in years!

Very disappointed with the Care my wife has received from this office. They did not explain anything that was done to her. All we were given was a discharge paper with real vague instructions. Was told the doctor would come into the recovery room to speak with us. That never happened. They actually went to the wrong family to notify me that she was out of surgery and in her recovery room. Very bad first experience with sacred heart and their affiliates. I understand they train ppl and they make mistakes but get it together please.
Extremely unprofessional. I was referred to this place 4 months before I actually had the appointment. I honestly don't know why because after waiting almost 2 hours for a scheduled appointment that was at 10:15 I was told they didn't have any of my medical information and they couldn't go ahead with procedures because it would be a waste of there time. I paid 100.00 for them to tell me this. Also before going to see the doctor I took a urine sample. At the end of the appointment I had been prescribed birth control and had to reschedule my appointment which would cost me another 100.00 because I don't have inscurance. Well to my surprise when I got home and three pregnancy test later, I found out that I am pregnant. When I called the facility they said they clearly didn't test my urine, which doesn't make sense as to why I would even have taken the urine sample in the first place. I would highly reconsidering going to this place especially if you value your time and money. They are extremely unprofessional.

I had an appointment for September 19 and had the flu so THEY rescheduled me for Oct 5 which they ended up canceling cause they scheduled me wrong. Finally got in on Oct 19 and doc was SO sure I was in menopause and does not believe I’m pregnant because I’m not married and they’re catholic. They won’t even dispense birth control. Well my labs come back and doc says I’m nowhere near menopause or perimenopause but won’t tell me what’s wrong or why I missed period and had pregnancy symptoms. The wanted to do a procedure where they scrape my endometrium lining but I said no thanks I’m getting a second opinion. I don’t trust these people. They told me my big belly is gas and menopause and when they couldn’t t blame it on that, they went for something else. Stay away from these people.
