The sales associate was very nice and helpful and I would recommend her to anyone but it was just too long a wait for my lift chair. My husband is in a wheelchair and I really needed the chair sooner than I was able to get it.
really as if they had a quality product to brag about!!!!
The furniture is beautiful! The delivery went smoothly. The recliners worked before the movers left but the first time I went to use it the pull cord on the manual recliner didn’t work. I called the store and they worked quickly to set up a service call. My son was able reattach the pull cord to the reclining arm which now works. I will still have the service person check it out.
we are hopeful that repeated attempts will at least get us a product that we can own which would actually be a product that we can comfortable use. Maybe it is the particle board in the chair which is part of the new process in these "high Quality Chairs" i have never owned a piece of furniture which was defined as high quality and yet they used particle board in the chair.
Great experience beginning to end. Worth the drive to Pensacola to get such a great selection and quality furniture. Our salesperson David was helpful but not pushy. And kept it touch with me throughout the process.
i have well made mahogany bedroom furniture with felt lined drawers and then this unfortunate joke of a chair. this has got to be fixed. someone at the store encouraged us to make a comment on facebook
We will never shop at Lazy Boy again especially in the Pensacola area. We had custom-made chairs and one of them was so terrible I had to return it. They charged me $440 to restock it. I'll just turn around and sell it to some unsuspecting soccer. I would give this a zero Stars if I could
I wish i could post the video of my husband sitting in his chair. it is making this hideous noise which sounds like the someone is hitting wood against the wall, it is so loud that it is just unbelievable that thus could not be repaired. We had the swivel base repaired, but it is not repaired and sadly we have been unable to get anyone at the store to respond to the message about this poorly made chair. would i recommend this store or the product NO WAY. is there a negative star for this place. what happened to quality???
