Started out awesome, but kept giving me the run around about putting together for me, they kept telling me they would check with owner times 2, never happened, and I was going to return and close account, but they said they would schedule me for them to put together, but I still have not geard, I tried twice to get them to help when I talked to owner, she had no compassion, only said why did you purchase and could not put together, I explained to her I tried but they never responded, back, before I picked up. I will go to a rental place, next time and pay double rather than be treated like that just because they give credit to a person with bad credit. Don't bother with who I can call because you are all on same team, you have nice furniture that is put together. Several people wanted to come there, I recommended you to them but not now. My feelings are really hurt, but I know you could care less, and that's fine, have a better day than I'm having.
This is for the Mobile Hwy store in Pensacola Florida. The absolute worst experience I've every had shopping retail. After being in the store for several minutes, we were finally greeted with a "Hello, how are you. What are you looking for?" I replied "we are doing great, how are you ladies? We are looking for a leather couch". We then walked around the entire store, neither one of the ladies moved from behind their PC. I'm assuming FB was more important, referencing the "posts" they were reviewing". I did overhear them saying that they were in trouble because they weren't selling a particular item. That's a surprise, we told them exactly what we were looking for and they never moved to show us or point us in a direction. We both even found an item we wanted and stood around, layer on it it for minutes in amazement that no one wanted to sell us anything? Then after about 15 mins after walking by the counter 4-5 times the lady with the short hair asked me if I had any question? I replied "the one that had a questions has already left the store since we were never helped", not a response at all from the lady, too busy with what ever was on her computer screen or plans for the night. Not another word from anyone in the store. What a horrible feeling for the consumer to feel like they are bothering the people there by coming in to spend several thousand dollars. This store needs to seriously be reviewed by corporate, they are costing you more money than they make. Some serious customer service and basic selling skills like asking for a sale need to be taught to the staff at this location.
Every time I went inside the Badcock store the sales employees was amazing I have fun with the employees and I love the owner she is a very sweet lady and she will work with you to the end thanks you guys . But on the other hand that manager stays lock up in the office. One day the customer was having a problem with her merchandise so the customer came to the store to talked to the manager she would never come out he office to even try to help . What kind of Manager that want help their customers. But thanks again to the owner and the sales employees
Amazing customer service, super friendly. They helped us with our monthly payments and they are very reasonable. I would most definitely recommend doing business with this store! I will be coming back soon!
Friendly staff were eager to help when we came in. They allowed us to look around so we didn't feel pressured. We've bought a living room set that we love. Went back sometime later and bought a bed. We went there today and received exemplary service and was able to order us a bunk bed set my son asked Santa to get. I highly recommend people at least stop by and look. Everything we have purchased has been of high quality.
