My wife and I had a great experience buying bedroom furniture recently with our sales associate, Meagan Severt. Meagan was happy to show us options that fit our style, provided plenty of information about the different sets, and details about the sales and discounts available. Meagan also allowed us some space so we could talk about our options and make a decision (some places are much more aggressive with trying to make a sale - not the way to gain my business. I really appreciated Meagan's approach). Meagan followed up on delivery and post-delivery questions with almost immediate response! She made this experience a very positive one. We will definitely be back to Ashley to see Meagan, and have already recommended her to friends and family who are in the market. This is THE example of how every larger transaction should go!
Our salesman, Blake, did a great job of handling our shopping experience, greeting us at the door and then checking on us occasionally to answer any questions. He assisted the negotiation of the transaction, and helped ensure we were getting the best deal we could get. The furniture is the product we were shopping for, but I am strictly basing my experience off the service my wife and I received and felt like it was all that I could have expected from any store that values its customers.
While on vacation, my husband and I were shopping for a new mattress set for our son. Walking through the store we decided to purchase a lamp. A young man, Eddie Rollins was so kind and patient with my husband because we had purchased a few extra items. He was helpful with loading our beautiful lamp. The delivery company did its job of moving the furniture into the house, placing it where I asked, and everything was intact and functioning properly.
