I would give it negative stars if possible. The salesman was very personable & knowledgeable, but we had to leave after being in the store for less then 5 minutes. I enjoy all genres of music, but the music playing in the store was filled with explicit language & was highly inappropriate. I didn't want to expose my children to anymore f-bombs or lyrics if a sexual explicit nature.
Fantastic customer service and a great selection! Every team member went above and beyond and we are head over heals for our new bedroom furniture! It was a wonderful experience and we will come back!
Hank's has the best selection of furniture in town! Jack was very patient with us as we shopped for a new mattress. He was very low pressure. Also, they bake fresh cookies so the store always smells amazing! We bought a couch from Hank's a few years ago and returned for a mattress and bed. We will continue to be repeat customers. We bought 2 accent pieces from John and loved the service and we enjoyed these pieces so much we went back 2 weeks later and bought a new sectional. Unfortunately John wasn’t there but we had another wonderful salesman, Jack. This one was delivered and that was even very good. Both trips to the store were wonderful, great service and zero hassle. I would recommend to everyone and will return when I need future pieces. Thank you!
