I was only in there for a few minutes. The manager was sitting on a couch talking and ignored me when I walked in. He let me walk all the way to the desk and stand there waiting. Then another employee had to stop his lunch break to help me. I told the employee he didn't need to apologize to me. As someone who works in customer service, I don't let people wait at the table before I greet them with their silverware. Definitely not going there again. The only reason they even get a star from me is because I had to give one.
I've been using the Rent a Center for 15 years there a great store and the Manager Pat well do every thing he can to make sure his customers get what and the service they want or need.
It's service was awesome and they acted like you came first.
