On top of the cluster-craze, Sam's decides to force everyone to exit the entrance door since it was before normal store hours. The person checking identifications at the entrance was also checking receipts... another cluster-craze! This has happened to me before as well. How asinine!
Sam's proves to be disorganized once again. I ordered online for local pickup. Couldn't find someone who was dedicated to managing the front service area so I could get my receipt. An employee walking by asked if I just needed a receipt. I replied yes, so he took my paper and disappeared. Then the regular front service area employee shows up... but I no longer have my paper work to finish my check out.... several minutes later, the man returned with my receipt. The situation would have been better had he told me what he was doing... I have only done this 3 times and 2 of the 3 have not been pleasant. They should allow people to print their own receipt via self checkout.
Decent prices but it hard to find what your after. Selection is poor. For example, I needed full fat Greek yogurt. They only had fat free. There were only 3 types of cheese available. But, over all, the prices are lower and quality decent.
Went in today to get the iPhone 8 plus. Had an appointment to get it at 2 pm and Jennifer the lady that was helping us was very rude. Got there at 2, then my friend asked her how long she thought it would be since they were running a little behind and then Jennifer rudely says to my friend “are you getting the phone or is your friend?!!!” Honestly this is the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life and I’m not the one to complain whatsoever but when she snapped at us that was uncalled for when we were just simply wondering. Would NOT recommend to go to sams club to get phones or any type of electronics.
This is the 3rd time this has happened... this process should be easy, efficient, and customer friendly. Maybe I've gone at the wrong times... I don't know.
After nearly $400 spent, good for another 4mos. Best meat selection n prices, great bakery items , paper n bulk items. Clerks n cashier's are pleasant n helpful. We have been shopping there since the store opened, has a great selection of different item besides grocery. Keep u p the great jobs you are all doing.......
Today we went to get a generator for the impending hurricane. There was a line for water while we were waiting for more generators to be taken out of a delivery truck. In the mean time, we were pleasantly pleased with all the workers that spoke with us and tried to help. The line to get checked out was halfway to the back if the store. The line moved pretty fast given the circumstances and we were told we could get checked out at the food court. The young lady at food court was happy to help and checked us out in no time. We had less than 10 things and even received a discount on the generator since it was a return. Best Sams Club ever! Ephesians 2:8-9.
