All in all, pleased here. Plenty of parking and it was fast service.
Clean store. Like that there is a Samsung Experience Center there to help if needed.
I walked in with the smaller band for the gear sport, and the attendant was able to quickly help me and swap the smaller band in.
I went to Best Buy to purchase a particular television. They were sold out and I was very disappointed however they searched and searched in the back of the store and found one for me. They also are the most knowledgeable employees in any store you never go to. The people in each department really know their stuff and there's always people around in each department to help you you don't have to hunt & hunt for a person. Great experience I love Best Buy.
Pretty good selection, if you need some tech now. But have to watch prices on some items as you can get them cheaper at Amazon. Other items they are pretty competitive on price. Need to know what your looking for and what the right price is. But great option if you need tech now.
Solved the great refrigerator drama of 2017. They priced matched a competitor with a veteran's discount. Then delivered when they said they would, and unlike Lowes, Home Depot, Sears Outlet, and Sears did the "impossible" by lifting out my old fridge over a 3 ft. island and lifted the new one into place. Great customer service, and overall experience.

This is always a very nice store, clean, neat and very helpful associates. This is one of the best stocked Best Buy Stores anywhere. I enjoy spending time in the store and purchase things there often.
