Spent a lot of time researching and placed multiple calls to Ken's. All of my questions were answered politely and promptly. Had a JL Stealthbox installed in my 2015 Mustang and it is exactly what I wanted. The installation was very professional and completed very quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an audio upgrade
The salesman here would not listen to what I wanted for my car. He recommended a product he says he recommends to everyone, I listened to the setup in his car and told him it was way louder than I wanted. He proceeded to tell me that I did want it that loud, I just didn't know it yet. I told him what I wanted and he basically told me I was wrong. Very poor service, I am looking elsewhere.
Shop is well run and services are affordable. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Would readily recommend it to any of my personal friends.
