School shopping with my daughter. She loved it as she got to pick her own stuff out this year. They had lots of great deals on clothing and accessories and it was clean and nice. The staff was super helpful as well.
Overall shopping experience was okay. I went in to purchase a pair of shoes. While the shoes weren't particularly well organized, I was able to find the pair I was looking for. The aggravating part of the whole experience was the checkout. The cashier was extremely pushy attempting to get me to open a credit card, which nearly made me cancel the entire order. I was asked three times of which I firmly declined each time. One time should be sufficient.
Nice store. Well organized. Goid selection and pleasant staff. Always enjoy Kohl's.
Great customer service. Clean and spacious store/parking lot. Merchandise easy to find. Making returns or making payments can be a little difficult when there's only one cashier. That line can get long.
Just wanted to take a second to give a shout out to Lisa for her wonderful customer service today. I was looking for a shirt and could not find it in my size. I approached a gentlemen asking about getting it online ordered, and he instead went above and beyond to check and see if it was available in the store first (unfortunately did not catch his name). He then paged Lisa who went throughout the store looking for it and found 1 of 2 remaining. They both went above and beyond what was expected of them and because of service like that I will frequent this location more often.
Overall, it is a great store.
