This place is great for birthday gifting. I always use a coupon and enjoy savings here. Plus this is one of the only places in town where they sell good quality cafeteras.
I placed an order on 4/2/17 and still have not received it. For the first 10 days they couldn't even get me a proper tracking number. I found out today (15 days after placing the order) that the item was shipped from Memphis to North Carolina and then to Orlando. I am in NW Florida. NW FLORIDA!!!! They passed me twice already and I still don't have the item. I will never---NEVER---do online business with B,B&B again!!!!!
Excellent customer service. We needed two items that was only available online, and they placed the orders quickly, and used our coupons and waived the shipping charge. 100% satisfied. We were helped by James and Karen; both were pleasant and knowledgeable.
The store is well stocked with items, and we can always find what we are looking for. If you visit often you can find some great deals. Also, you can't beat all the coupons they send out to help lower the cost. The sales people even help us with determining the best way to distribute the coupons to get the best deal. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Ohh my god!!!! I have never been here before and I'm sooooo inlove. I'm an upcoming chef and have a place now that I can go and get the stuff I need...I mean literally!!!!
