We have been doing business with this company for along time now, so it was extremely disappointing to have the experience I had there today. I inherited my Grandfather’s ‘96 S10 pick up truck a couple of weeks ago and decided to take it by here it to get it cleaned up. The guy was very helpful in getting things going, but then things went downhill from there. A few feet into the wash the swinging strips of cloth started going back and forth. As the truck rolled through the mirror got tangled up in them and it literally ripped the mirror right off the side of the truck. It kind caught me off guard, because I’ve never seen something like that happen. So the manager comes out and says he’s going to call the owner and see what he wants to do about it. He comes out about 20 minutes later saying that the owner wasn’t going to anything about it because the truck is 20 years old! It is 20 years old, but it was taken very good care of and there were zero issues with the mirror prior to going through the wash. I had opened and shut the door countless times today without any issue. I’ve driven down the interstate at 70 mph with no issues. The bottom line is the car wash knocked the mirror off my truck and the owner refused to fix it, because “the truck is old and old things break.” His exact words! This is some the worst customer service I have ever experienced. He is willing to lose business and treat customers poorly over a $25 mirror. I don’t know how people do business this way and stay in business. Just fix the problem and make it right. Be careful doing business here. If something gets damaged they will tell you tough luck.
Love love love this place! I'm a PCC student and had a stain in the back of my car. I was devastated! I called many companies and Waterworx gave me the best deal! Every one was so kind. I received excellent service. I thought it would take a long time but it didn't. I got a wheel works clean plus carpet shampooing. Spotless! Absolutely spotless. I wish I took before and after pictures. These gentlemen are the very best. Compassionate and caring. I will definitely go to them for all my car washing needs.

Excellent service and quality work for the price! They take care of the car completely. And if you find a spot they missed, they fix it immediately. I've gone to several of these types of car washes and this place never disappoints. Just wish they had a frequent wash program.
