Used to be the best car wash in town. Not anymore. The vending machines with products are gone. That's pretty lame. No more buy 1 get 1 codes in the more expensive washes. And the biggest kicker of them all is they no longer can pre scrub your car even if you offer a tip?! I just paid 20$ for my car to still have crud in the roof where I wanted it scrubbed. They've lost my business. That's 3 cars a less they will be getting.
The last 3 times we have been to Ronny's on Michigan Ave there was only one attendant so only half of the car got pre washed. The wash absolutely sucked! I went home & took me about 2 hours to re-wash my car. Yep, no more Ronny"s for us!
7 bucks for a carwash and the vacuums werent working heard a worker say it happens all the time. Oh and out of wax... Are you out of water next. Wont waste my time on this again.
Totally disappointed. No prewash. Attendants acted like they couldn't care less about doing their jobs. When I pulled up the vacuums there was a sign saying "out of bottles and paper towels". How can you be out of bottles AND paper towels??? The vacuums had very little suction. I tried other vacuums thinking it was just the one I pulled up to. Not so. They all had very little suction. Not enough to even bother using. Waste of money.... which they didn't have any problem taking. I tried accessing their website with the hopes of being able to contact someone but the site was down. Imagine that.
VERY DISAPPOINTED. Have been trying to call the Ronnys on Michigan ave for a few days now to get my money back but it just rings and no one answers. I washed my rims BEFORE i went through their wash, came out with dirty water sprayed all over them. (20$ FOR A WASH) THEN, they were out of cleaning supplies AND vacuums were not working properly, so i had to go to a self car wash by publix and spend even more money to vacuum out my car and buy other cleaning supplies to clean the inside of my car at home. I WILL NEVER BE BACK THERE!!!
