First time coming here and loved it! We came on a Monday so we got the $3 deal and used the free vacuums. Noticed some spots on the car still so we talked to a man named Jay and he went above and beyond to make us very happy customers! He scrubbed our car for us with a sponge and allowed us to go through a second time. We will DEFINITELY be coming back because of Jay, and I hope he gets some recognition for his great customer service!
Great car wash... with the purchase of any car wash you get free vacuum. Also Wednesday is buy one car wash get a second car wash free day.
My boyfriend let me borrow his car so I brought it to get it washed. I paid $17 for the best wash they had. Pulled around to vacuum it and noticed the hood was covered in DEEP chips in the paint. I knew for a fact they weren't there before. Now waiting for the incident report to be sent to claims in Mobile, AL. They said they will check the cameras and I'll get a call in the next 3 business days. I'm at a completely loss... I hope they take care of this. I feel terrible and all I was trying to do was show some appreciation.
Won't be going back either. Monthly program is the bomb.
The service from the staff is great at this location, but beware. I tried to cancel my membership through email as described in the monthly contract, however the request went unprocessed and they continued to charge me month-by-month until I caught their mistake. By then, I was already charged $90 for services I didn't use. It took a few weeks to get the refund.
Great place. Switched from Ronnys which has been going down for the past year.
