Very poor rinse, always leaves a lot of soap on my vehicle. New owners are super cheap, the vacuums have less power now and they don't want you using cleaning material. I miss Ronny's.
The car wash broke down while I was in line, forcing us to sit there for a good 45 minutes. The two times before that this location did not have cleaners and paper towels out. Other locations are better!
We have been taking both of our daily vehicles to Ronnie's every week for the past year. It was the best car wash around. Last week, they stopped pre-scrubbing your car, providing wypall rolls or cleaner for your car, but the pricing is the same. The soap seems to have changed and has an intense chemical odor. They said it's under new ownership. Best of luck increasing profits... we're not coming back and I hope others follow suit until the excellent service returns.
I have been very happy with Ronny's for years but I was extremely unhappy today. Why did you stop providing towels and cleaners? I paid $20 for a poor quality wash and wasn't even able to clean my windows or wipe down the interior. Time to hunt for a new car wash provider...I won't be back.
I have been gone on summer break for the last few months. Today when my car needed washed I went to Ronny's like I did a few months ago. The only problem was that Ronny's isn't the same as it was a few months ago! I paid $20 for a $5 worth wash. When I got home and realized what a bad job was done, I returned with my receipt and requested another run through. The same kid who half-heartedly sprayed ONE side of my car the first time informed me that they could not run it through again! I will not be back, and I STRONGLY encourage anyone else tempted to frequent this business to reconsider.
