No unnecessary service or credit cards or anything were pushed on me (that was a first). I told them what I wanted, and they did it. Excellent experience, and I will definitely go back.

Benji made sure that not only would he locate and repair the problem but he also took it apon himself to see that my flexplate got repaired too . Ken was very patient throughout this process always a gentleman and very professional. A HUGE Thank you to the technicians who worked tirelessly on my vehicle , I appreciate all that you've done truly .

Do not buy tires from Sears. They told me I would get free tire repair and of course when I went in they wanted $20 to repair tire because I did not buy road hazard. I have learned my lesson only go to Vannoy’s for tires. They stick by there word buy tires from Vannoy’s get flat repair for free. Wish I would have learned my lesson earlier. Remember do not buy tires from Sears Auto center they will find a way to ripe you off!
Times they are a changing, people are getting tired of the old up selling scam that used to be so common place back in the day. I asked for an oil change not a lecture, and I'm sure you would love to charge me $1000 for some unnecessary stuff. Manager refused service after I declined his recommended parts and repairs. They so desperately want to overcharge you they forgot their manners at the door. Someday we will read about Sears auto Center in the history books, that is exactly where they belong.
I don't review places much, but this was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car shop.
