Worst place! Had transmission rebuilt for $2,400 two days later took it in with concern of hard/late shifting a mechanic drove truck said its fine HAH
Great guys. Honest. Doesn't break the bank. The few times I have taken my vehicle here, the prices have always been fair and the work done is impeccable.
Not even three weeks passed by and trans completely failed is in way worse condition then when I brought it there first
On Wednesday, 8/16/17 I dropped off my vehicle that was diagnosed to have the transmission repair. It was promised for two or three days. On Friday I was told that it will be ready for Monday. On Monday that Wednesday and on Wednesday that on Friday. On Friday I am told that they had to order a part and will arrive on the following Monday. When I asked why they are ordering parts now since they had my vehicle since Wednesday of last week, he stated that they found the damaged part when they opened the transmission. Since the name of the part did not make sense, at around 4:35 pm I went by the shop expecting to see my vehicle with a transmission on the floor. To my surprise, my vehicle had not been touched by anyone yet and was just sitting parked on the side of the shop. I requested my keys and drove off. I could have been charge extra for a non-existing part and no possible way to know unless I open the transmission myself after the work was done. Potential fraud.
If I could give them less than 5 stars I would. I had an a/c compression kit fixed there a couple years ago. Turns out now that it was the wrong size compression kit. And the serpentine belt doesn't fit and keeps walking off. Causing many more other issues and now I have to scrap the vehicle due to their stupidity. Thank you for making me waste $1000 on a car (that's not very old) that I now have to scrap. Not to mention they were not very pleasant with us at all. Terrible rip off of a place. DO. NOT. GO. THERE.
Car ac wasnt blowing hard. Took it to a couple ac companies and didn't help at all. Stopped by pine forest transmission and auto air. The 900$ 8 hour fix I found on you tube wouldn't have been the right fix. It would have fixed a part but not helped with the air flow. The gentleman in the garage told be something that I could look at on my own. I'm a appliance tech so I had the tools to get to it. Some people may be better off paying the 85$ which isn't much to fix a ac. All in all about 30 minutes later my ac works like it did the day I bought it. Thanks for the knowledge. Such a easy fix to ride around 2 summers with half the ac I should of had.
