HD. Means Hundreds of Dollars. If you must get repair work done at a dealership and you expect expert workmanship on your ride. This is not the place.. *** Pensacola offers free pick up service if they do the work. Good deal??? our 103 Dyna security red key light on , dealership bypassed system and to replace 2 cables? requested return of used cables, easy fix right? Pickup day. Asked for cables, not located and got someone else's. They also changed risers, (not requested), couldn't find them. Parts cost $160. 3 to 4 work hours. Total bill $978 . **....Got home and reran Electrical with shrink wrap (no tape on lines) and installed riser rubber grommets to frame. (Where the kit grommets went?.?) If you assume you'll get Integrity or Pride in Service & Workmanship in the Name. It's Not from this Dealership.
We were literally just in the previous week looking to purchase a bike. I'm disappointed in the lack of customer care or appreciation. I would like for the part to be taken back and the correct part received.
I've been there a few times, looking for my next bike. I have to admit, Harley has the whole "bike culture" immersion down to a science, and Pensacola Harley is probably the best example I've seen. Just not sure if they have a bike that fits me just right. Dustin in sales has been really friendly and helpful. If I finally decide to put the money down, I'll be coming back to see him.
My husband went in 2 days ago to order a part. He told the girl three times what year the bike was (07). After he picked up the part next day at lunch, he opened the box to look at the part to make sure it was the right part, and it wasn't. (he is a senior master tech in his own profession) The part was for an 05. He immediately took it back on his lunch and told him that they couldn't return it because he opened the box and the parts manager, Kenny, didn't know if he had installed it or not. He also spoke with the General Manager.
Went into the dealership to buy a new road glide. Sales manager had his hair full of vasoline. Threw out numbers like mid to upper 20's.... never got a firm price from them. They asked where i needed to be and i told them. The sales manager said no....etc. The do not put prices on any new bikes.... they want you to tell them what you are willing to pay... What a waste of time. Went to another dealership and rode out on a 17 Road glide Special for 20,500 brand new!!!! The guy that fits you to your bike was awesome!!!
