My 21 year old daughter's car broke down but she made it to this place. She's alone in a different city... I'm in Panama City. I picked this place because of the reviews here on google. They took10 minutes to see it was the battery. They wanted to charge her $289 for a new one! I asked her to say no but thank you. So...they charged her $40 instead for just taking 5 minutes to look at it. Ridiculous!! This place takes advantage of people if you don't pay their ridiculous prices. BTW...found a battery for $110 at autozone....probably even cheaper at Walmart. $289 is quite the mark up!!! DONT GO HERE!!
Had the clutch on my Jeep "fixed". Now it is worse then when I had a hydraulic leak. Took it back three times. They said it was "fine". Asked what repairs had been done and got three different stories. The owner, Art Reynolds, threatened me physically when I called him on his lies. $771 lesson learned... Never again!!!
My 19 yr old daughter is a UWF student she when to Meineke to get a sway bar fixed on a 2004 Chevy Impala. She was quoted $550 from Meineke. She called Reynolds and it was $409 out the door and they treated her with respect! Not as a young girl that doesn't know any better like Meineke did.
Hands down some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Very impressed with their honesty and commitment to great service. Very competitive prices too. Definitely recommend. So glad we found this place!
Art and his team do a great job here and give you a detailed report with pictures and video attachments showing how different issues with your car can affect it and you. They also have adorable service and a good working knowledge of the area if you need anything that can't be done in their shop.
