As a 30 year auto repair shop owner I feel like I do have a different view on auto related business's. I had an appointment for 11:00 am and to be honest they missed it badly. Having said that, this is the second set of tires I have bought from this store in 3 months. While they did miss the one our in and out appointment promise, I can tell you that every single employee there was working as fast as they possibly could . When we were there a few months ago they had a now hiring sign in the window and it was still there today. The whole crew was helpful and courteous. I love these guys. In Texas where I still own a very high volume auto repair shop we refer everyone to Discount tire. These guys own the tire market as far as I am concerned. I will never go anywhere else.
I am so please with my experience with this store/location. The staff is friendly and helpful and honest. I purchased tires in 2014 with a warranty - and just this past weekend had a flat on the interstate out of state. When i returned i went to check about the warranty - to my surprise they were with in the warranty period and i was refunded the cost of the tire i had to by out of state!! They really stand behind their product and warranty! Kris the manager is awesome as is Marlon! Thank you, Thank you!! You will continue to get my business and referrals!! :)
By far the best experience I have ever had at an auto shop. They spent time to answer all my questions and explain their recommendations. The shop is clean, well maintained, and everyone is friendly. A rare find in terms of customer service & professionalism. We live in Panama City but will be making the drive up here for all our tire needs from now on.
Exceptional service and prices that can't be beat! I was very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and quality of the work these guys performed. John helped me with picking a new set of tires and wheels for my truck, but he noticed two of the wheels were damaged so he ordered me replacements. I went back in today and they had them installed in no time. The guys that work there are awesome, they've earned my business for many years.

The Manager, Mr. Watson made suggestions to my inquiries about kind of tires I needed which would also enhance the appearance of my vehicle.
