Under a New owner,he do not care about long time renter , has only two garage dumpsters,has to drive car to get to dumpster, the trailer park have went up $50 in renters price,since the new owner took over, less sevice , increase in price, do care about handicap,or,long time renter, I rented here over 10 years, I liked the previous owner, he died.

Terrible place to live. It's like a third world country. Drugs, cats and dogs run around off Leashes. Many cats multiplying like rabbits. The people do not care about keeping there mobile homes up. Make there on rules. It's a very bad, and sometimes scary place to live. Not good for small kids teenagers young people the elderly, it's a lot of trash no one takes care of their yards are there personal surroundings they leave the dumpster doors open purposely even though they should know or realize it causes flies and mosquitoes and if you put a note out asking to kindly shut doors, they kindly leave them open on purpose they're unfriendly they're rude it's just a bad place to live
