Park was very well kept. Long back in sites, just not very wide. Host are very friendly. Nice fenced in dog walk area. Sites are level with a large ground level wood deck at each site. Bath house had very large showers although they were not air conditioned.
rent is 450$ a month,that includes cable,trash,water.power you pay
Met some of the employees. This is a small but friendly family operation. A few full timers live here. Clean and off of a busy road but quite. We stopped over for a few days while going to Charleston s. Carolina. We have a 40 ft mh and all spaces are back in. Good sam rates. Would come back.
If they want you gone, they will rent your spot out and give you four days notice.
