I have lived here two years and judt found out my son's breathing problems are because of black mold in the walls. The new management are not doing anything to fixthe problems. They started our roof and never finished so we have a breeze. And it leaks. We have called the health dept. And are looking for a newplace to live. Brace is the new management and they are supposed to be Christian but dont act like it.

f you haven’t seen Heritage Oaks in the last year you won’t believe its transformation. The electrical system has been upgraded throughout the modular housing community. The water delivery system has been totally replaced. The sanitary lift station is now served by new primary and secondary pumps. The internal roadway has been replaced with an asphalt surface that is making for a much smoother ride and that’s just the beginning. Entrance signs have been replaced with an updated logo. Parking spaces are now bordered. The community has been landscaped with the entrance and office areas welcoming residents and visitors to this modular housing community. Security cameras help ensure the community remains safe and secure.
Love this RV Park the manager is very helpful and polite...the people who stay here are very friendly... The park has laundry and shower facilities that are clean...pet friendly... family oriented...nice place to visit
I have lived here for 7 years and the park and the RV park has gotten better each year.
I notice all of the negative reviews are from those not paying their rent or breaking the rules of the park. I am personally glad new management is holding people responsible and cleaning the place up. Please visit the park and see the improvements.
