Normally good service from friendly staff. But, 13 November..waited 40 minutes fro French toast..request my money be refunded..and it was and left. Perhaps more time with customer orders in lieu of screen time on phones. Other customers complained vocally, as well to the parricular poor service this date....so it goes!
The Oaks has good food at reasonable prices, and the employees are helpful and cheerful. Nothing fancy - great breakfast and sandwiches.
