Was seated very quickly on a Friday evening. Bathroom was relatively clean and the interior decor was well themed and new. All of us got burgers, which had enough selection to make everyone happy. The burgers we're good; not the best burgers ever, but a step up from TGI Fridays/Ruby Tuesday type restaurants. Although I'm not a fan of steak fries, the fries were decently cooked for being steak fries. One of Red Robin's signatures is "bottomless" fries, but by the time you receive a second order of fries (10 minutes or so), you have finished your burger. Next time I will probably get onion rings instead of fries. Service itself was average; our server was a bit inattentive. Overall a good experience, but a bit pricey, and nothing I would go out of my way for. Two cokes, one appetizer, and two burger entrees came to around $50 with tip.
It's not terrible but there are much better burgers out there.
Was our first visit. Atmosphere was good. Service was good. The burgers not so good. Had no taste at all. Fries were very good.
They've got some serious competition just outside the door and across the parking lot.
There are so many burger options from basic to gourmet that everybody will find something for them. Little burgers, big burgers, chicken, and every burger can be made using a veggie patty instead. Unlimited fries, and they're pretty good. Unlimited other sides, but I haven't tried the other sides. Pretty basic beer selection.
They have done a big remodel which looks nice. But, they have added more separation making it not so open of a concept anymore. They also began asking how old you are so you can be seated near the bar. Shouldn't matter unless I'm ordering an alcoholic beverage. The food quality has diminished since the remodel.
Meh to the service. The beer cheese dip for the pretzel bites was not very good (cold, I had to send it back to have them warm it up) and the onion rings were so greasy. Who runs the line and how could they let this go out?? There was absolutely ZERO holiday spirit for the season. Not ONE decoration up. If someone were to blindfold you and put you at a table in Red Robin, you'd never know what time of year it was. Definitely on the Naughty List. It was "okay." The tables and menu didn't feel like they had been wiped down and the smell in the place was musty. We did a few drinks and a few appetizers and the bill was $44 bucks! This wasn't my first time here but I know it will be my last.
