The food is good, but they never indicate when they will be closed. It appears there is no fixed schedule as to when the restaurant is going to be open, so it's frustrating to drive across town only to find the lights are off and the door is locked. This is the third time it has happened to me in the past 2 months.
Worst house fried rice I have ever had, the General TSO chicken is pretty good. Not very friendly atmosphere.
Food was pretty good - plus the sesame chicken I ordered had way more chicken than I expected. It was at least enough for two hungry people. However I concur with the other comments about the atmosphere. Maybe its just the language barrier.
I think some of the reviews on here are hilarious! Ok Ok the chick at the counter is little short BUT hands down best Chinese in Pensacola and that includes sit down restaurants. I have lived all over the US and it even ranks pretty high everywhere TBH for old school chinese food taste. All the people working here are chinese, not viet or mexican or white people and that kinda matters I feel. It's a family business is why you see their kids there and that is AWESOME. I don't like buffet chinese, I don't like panda express. They have strip chinese food at a good price and it tastes how it should which is good in my opinion. Pensacola has VERY FEW options for good food of any kind and I count this as one of them, even being just a strip mall chinese joint. I can take the over worked mom at the counter being a bit short I'm there to pick up and leave not have a church sermon.
I was shocked by the lady at the front desk, complete lack of customer service she didn't say hi, kiss my ass, nothing. She didn't even look at me as I went to pay for the food. Just threw it up on the counter and goodbye. And the food was somewhat okay, nothing special.
