A very distasteful place to go to celebrate your child's birthday. Very disorganized and not the most cleanly business to be in.
Great place for the kids. What you would expect from a Chuck E Cheese's. This is probably one of the smaller locations I have seen. No ball pit. But great staging area for birthday parties. Place is kept clean and staff is very friendly.
Haven't been since the remodel! They added some cool new games! And they gathered all of the kids for a dance with chuck e. And some free tickets! Very cool!
Manager was great, helpful and kind. But the store smelled unclean. The restroom was filthy, the floor was swept, but the toilets had not been cleaned, we were there when the store opened so this should have been done the night before. Staff seems to think they are paid to hang out with friends, and occasionally wait on a customer.
Today, was a fantastic experience at Chuck E. Cheese. Our service was excellent. We all had a great time. Thanks
