What a crook, the owner a man named Neil. Showed up and was rude and inconsiderate, he was hostile when I was asking him questions and down right nasty. On top of his poor attitude he kept tying to make add ons to the work I needed and up selling me for things I neither asked for or needed and when I told him no he made threats about reporting me.
Excellent Company. Very friendly phone staff - tech showed up early and ready to help us. Correctly analyzed issues and quickly solved several ongoing issues. Only local plumbers who willingly and cheerfully helped us with an emergency leak on Easter Weekend.
Overall positive experience. A problem was fixed on the first trip, which they expected to solve the matter, but when it didn't, they arranged for Leonard to come back out and resolve the matter ASAP, and he took found and resolved it. He was extremely courteous, and willing to explain anything I asked about, and left a good impression overall. Thanks Leonard, I appreciate your hard work!

They have taken care of our plumbing issues in a timely manner. The owners are honest and dependable people and I would suggest their company to other people.
