THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! I really wish I had looked at the reviews before having them come to my home. Our home warranty company (First American Home Warranty) sent these contractors to fix a broken disposal- after coming out twice we now have a disposal that doesn't work and our kitchen sink leaks! I HAVE LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES! PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
UPDATE: WOKE UP TO A FLOODED KITCHEN! This company did not come out and fix the problem as they stated and are not calling back. I have called on the cell phone that was given to me by this company to respond and have not heard anything back. Now we have a sink disposal with uncovered wires sitting in water that is all over the kitchen. Simmon the regional director has not returned a call- very upset with the service of this company!
My warranty company sent these guys out and they talked a game. Never fixed anything, never called me back with a solution like they said, never answer the phone. I would never recommend this company.
My shower is not very hot so I requested the service from my home warranty company. The technician came twice but could not fix the problem. The representative who answers the call always says he will forward my msg to the technician but then it did not happen. Eventually I found another plumbing company who fixed the shower's temperature today.
This company is just as bad as First American home warranty. Literally anyone is better than them. Don't let these crooks in your house. Save yourself a police report, go with ANYONE else.
This company was provided via our home warranty for an A.C. problem. We have a three zone unit and the zones were not cooling properly. The upstairs was frigid while the downstairs was hot. I explained the issue of the zone problem to the technician. He topped off our freon and said one if the vents in the attic was not closed properly so he said he fixed that. The next day, the upstairs was not cooling at all and downstairs was barely cooling. I called them again and was told that the technician didn't make any note about a zone issue. And in fact, none of their technicians are trained in zone systems and I would need to contact another company. My husband decided to go into the attic to see if he could spot the problem and their moron technician cut a huge hole in the main A.C. trunk and all of the cold air was feeding into the attic. Thank goodness our warrant company agreed to send another company out. Would not recommend this company to anyone!
