I called this company and requested they install fixtures in a renovated master bathroom and they sent someone within 3 hours. The technician was extremely nice, very detailed and did an excellent job. The cost was reasonable and I will definitely use them again in the future.
Please don’t use this company. No one should have this happen. Harlow’s is untrustworthy.
We bought a Micowave from Lowe’s . Harlow’s Plumbing was the Company Lowe’s hired to do install. Harlow’s called us to set up install for next day 11:00-1:00. We have an adult with Autism that we made arrangements with caregiver to take to YMCA so we could be home. At 1:10 I called Harlow’s no answer I called Lowe’s they could not reach them. 1:40 Harlow’s called said to busy to contact us on way to store to pick up microwave and install it. At 3:30 Caregiver called that daughter had to be picked up. I called Harlow’s talked to Jason told him husband at home waiting.Carmen from Harlow’s text encounter to home. Owner called to say sorry. 4:30 back home Harlow’s had not come. Called Lowe’s Carmelita called company said be at home in 45 minuets. Told her that family coming for dinner . We waited at 8:00 pm called Harlow’s talked to Jason Said call Tech to see when he would come . Jason called back said Micowave had been taken back to Lowes. 8:30 Jason called back and said he felt so bad about everything he would do a free install today my husband ask could it be early. Jason said 10:30. At 8:00 we canceled Dr appt for 11:00. My husband has to be driven. At 8:00 am different person from Harlow’s ask could he be here in 15 minutes. I rushed to bathe daughter and feed her. Microwave installed. We have ask Lowe’s to not use this Company and contact there installation people to find out why so many lies told.
