I purchased a giant roll-a-nest on 8/22. A week later I called to talk to a manager and tell her that this item was not woven correctly and was already falling apart. I have bought 2 others before and never had a problem. The manager said that they did not have another one, however, they were getting a truck in and there might be one on it. I had her take my phone number and asked her to let me know one way or another as if they did not get one in, I would order a better one online from Dr. Fosters and Smith. I NEVER heard back from the manager. I bougot a better made one online and for a much cheaper price. I have been a customer for years, never again though! Customer service is terrible...and that was by the manager herself.
My favorite place to shop for anything my pets need. This store has a good variety and just about anything you need.

Upon entering the store I was greeted and asked for help selecting a new dog food. Cashier said she would help after ringing 2 people out as she was only one in store. I went to the dog food aisle and did some looking for what seemed like 15 min...in reality probably 8 to 10...made a selection (with no assistance) and when I took it to the register to pay she was nowhere to be seen. Finally located her near the stockroom in the back talking with another employee. Left my selection on the counter and went to Petco...
