They are very friendly and helpful. The have a wide range of organic animal care products which is important to us. They also have high quality foods and most everything else you could need for most tips of pets.
I bought 2 dog sweaters $40 and a dog bed $60. The sweaters we're too small so I asked if I could exchange for a larger size. I was going to buy 2 more dog beds and other things. At first I was told yes to go get the larger dog sweaters, I get back to the front counter and then I'm told that they will not exchange or return. I said thank you and left. I will not be back to spend any of my money at Barney's pet world.
Barney's Pet World is awesome! The manager works overtime and cares deeply about animals. She has even stayed a couple minutes late when we were running late to get supplies for our lizard, which is beyond kind. Love these guys!
My Rottweiler visited their Groomers and he Loved It! Definitely will go back!
Good variety of top quality items. Decent, comparable pricing. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I'd give it 5 stars if they were open on Sundays, which seems to be the day I notice that we are out of dog food.
