They recently upgraded the parking lot to make more room.
Parking is $3 per vehicle, cash only, via a self-service pay station. There is a shorter paved/boardwalk 1-mile option to Tarkiln Lagoon, or long 7-mile trail option to Perdido Bay. Both trails feature a taste of Florida's natural pine scrub ecosystem.
