I ended up talking to three different managers that weekend, who gave me the runaround on issuing a refund. I called again during the day later on in the week and was still told "I don't have the computer code to issue you a refund..."
I spent over 21 dollars for wings, a loaded baked potato and an ice tea. With a five dollar delivery tip, my order came out to 27 dollars. I called after an hour and was assured it was on it's way.
My order arrived another 30 minutes after that-- the wings were cold and hard, like they had been fried too long and left out on the counter. They were inedible.
The only thing positive I have to say was the price for a steak. Other than that not worth it. The steak was salty, and the shrimp were flavorless. The delivery driver was rude and didn't hardly talk. When it was Steak Out, it was better. Now, not worth it. You are better off going to a steak restaurant and spending a little more for better quality and quantity.
Had to call to complain about horrible service and food not delivered with my order. I spent 40 dollars. I was told the owner or co-owner would call back with a solution. I called back a week later and was told no one was in to talk to. It has been over a week and half with nothing from them. I will NOT be ordering from them ever again. Poor service all around.
Don't waste your money. Was our first and last time going there. Where's the health department? Seems like this is standard operating procedure for them by reading other reviews.......
I was not impressed at all! Place is very dirty, screwed up a lunch order when they weren't busy and when my wife went in to get the order corrected, she was met with bad attitude and the girl bare handed her burger off the bun and reached into the fridge(still bare handed) and slapped some bacon on it and was actually going to give it back to her.
I never got my refund. You've been warned.
The absolute worst hamburger I have ever had. And it was $14.00. Meat was nasty taste and texture. The bun had obviously been frozen and thawed. Inedible. Went in the bin.
The next week, someone else called me and as opposed to just apologising for the problems of bad food and slow service, I was told more excuses (the owner was out of town, he can only issue refunds) and then was assured it would be taken care of.
