I walked in and step into line right behind a woman as she was finishing her order.
Don't waste your time.
My husband ordered 3 subs and drove home to find all made incorrectly. He called them to explain and the manager promptly refunded the sandwiches.
They were not overly busy, the manager and the Sandwich maker were only making food for the lady before me.
Super friendly staff. The food was delicious as always!! Love coming here.
Instead I promptly drove across the parking lot to Arbys. Where the Manager was making a point to do her paper work near the counter so that she could greet and serve each customer that walked in.
As another business owner I would be eating Cup O Noodles and living without Electricity if I wasted my clients time and or ignored them.
This location has the friendliest staff ever! We eat there quite often. I will drive by one of the other locations just to come back to this one. They know you by name and treat you like a friend instead of a customer. The place is always clean and the food is awesome!
Me and my aunt went in and the service was great but when she poured her drink there was a baby roach in her drink.
The cashier promptly ignored me and walked into the side area and began gossiping with another female coworker about one of their other coworkers from the sound of it. I stood there for 2 minutes (yes I did look at the clock) looking between the cashier standing in the threshold and the manager whom was making sandwiches and didn't greet me when I walked in. The cashier finally stepped out and promptly walked right past me. At this point the manager told her to take my order. I said its too late and walked out. The young male sandwich maker laughed at this. Apparently he thinks losing a customer and thereby his earnings to be humorous.
