First timer. Went to the store and the staff is very friendly and the girl at the counter was very helpful. I think my taste says longer bake on the pizza It's good. Definitely a change from the hut, dominoes and poppa
First impressions are everything. When a customer walks in the door to a stream of profanity (directed at co-workers) coming from right behind the counter, and when that profanity only continues in spite of the customer's presence, that indicates that there are bigger problems. When I asked the cashier if the guy was alright, he just shrugged it off. And the guy kept on his string of profanity-laced dissatisfaction towards co-workers.
We had confusion on my call in order but they were more than happy to replace the order for me quite commendable good job
By the way, the food was decent. Can't make good food and expect to sell it if there are major issues with staff and customer service.
I wish I could give a zero star review. Waited an 1 hour and 45 minutes just to call and be told "sorry the driver couldn't find your place" no call, no email. When I was asked if I still wanted my food I replied yes because I already paid for it and was told It would be an hour and 15 minute wait. Are you kidding me???
