I lost the keys to a water/fire proof security box. I arrived 5 to 10 minutes before they closed. I thought I would have to leave the box, which was discussed. But he looked the key code from the maker. He decided to see if he could find the correct blank. It took a couple of tries, but found the correct blank that opened the box. Even though it was closing time for the store he took the time to help me which allowed me to leave with keys for the security box and not having to come back.
Very attentive staff and extremely skilled. They worked hard to make new duplicate keys for my old truck. Price was best in town.
The representative that came to fix my problem was very courteous, efficient and a pleasure to have in my home. He arrived early and finished his job in a quick but excellent manner.

Technicians arrived within the time they said, quickly unlocked the door and would have gotten five stars if their attitudes and actions had been different. Called them to a medical practice where the one technician sat in front of the building and chain smoked-- while they may have felt it was after hours-- 545pm for us means there are still patients present; did not feel it was appropriate to be smoking within 10 feet of our door. After the service was completed, I had questioned the amount to be paid the tech became nasty and rude all the while sitting in his van, making no effort to be a professional with me. No receipt was given and I had to call the next day to have one emailed. Likely won't be using them again if the need ever arises.
So nice and understanding. Very quick with service and was also punctual. Gave me an estimated time and was here 5 minutes before! Will definitely be using this service again. I need a spare key for my new car
