terrible service, company is a joke
Very professional. Has been re-keying locks on my rental properties for over a decade.
I can't attest to their lock-picking prowess, but their utter lack of courteous driving skills and blatant disregard for the speed limit attest to THEIR complete lack of professionalism (and while driving the company car no less, how careless). I'll spare you the details, but suffice it to say that after having my van's rear end ridden (because I was only going 40 in a 35), then being cut off more than once as they wove in an out of pesky traffic (how dare other people be on the road at the same time as you), I pull up next to them at a stoplight, only to look over and see them making faces at me. And not just any faces, they were trying to "insult" me by pretending to pick their boogers and eat them, I kid you not. By them I mean the "lady" driver and her equally juvenile male passenger, both appearing to be in their 40's. I just had to laugh. Really, that says a lot more about you than it does about me. I've seen monkeys act with more class. I seriously hope you're not the owners of "Joe Schmo's." I would take my business elsewhere if you expect to work with professionals.
