Super nice, super smart and provided a nice education while there. Bought a replacement key from Amazon but needed it cut and programmed. They cut it for free and then saved me $65 to program it by explaining how I could program it myself since I had both original keys. Then had a nice chat about how the new keyless entry systems worked and other interesting things. Took it home and followed their instructions and worked perfectly.
They were incredibly helpful. Chris reached a point where he was unsure of how to correct my very specific problem, but he went above and beyond to try and get my issue resolved. I highly recommend these guys. Everyone in the shop is respectful and skilled.

Crew got the new key copied and programmed within 15 minutes. Excellent. They took the original key and just walked away, so we were just standing there and eventually sat down in the waiting room. But I don't mind a little awkward for the quick service, plus they guaranteed everything and fixed the sticking flip-out mechanism, and even gave us the key code which will help in case we ever lose a key.
These guys programmed my 2016 Mustang keys (2) for $65 labor only. At World of Ford it would have cost $137 per key!! However, prior to going to Ace Unlock, I accidentally called the wrong key store, Pensacola Safe and Lock; they told me they could program each key for $35. So I headed to S&L only to be told upon arrival that they would charge $70 per key regardless of what they said on the phone! Also, it would take 30 minutes to do the "ridiculously complicated process" and I would "see why they'd charge $140 total. I stepped out of S&L and called Ace Unlock. They said 5-10 min and both keys for $85. I told them they previously said $65 on the phone, so they agreed to $65. Long story short, the staff at Ace got it done in 7 minutes, swapped my keys for new ones with the Mustang logo (free) and did both keys for $65 TOTAL. Great service, professional courtesy, and prioritized customers. Good job guys! Thx!
