Even when you can get someone to help you, there computer system is so slow, and outdated. It takes a real long time to get a ticket to sign.

Customer service is Horrible! First time customer this morning to buy 1,000 pieces and before I even finished explaining myself, he informed me he couldn’t help me nor did he try to help in any way!
Great place to shop for fasteners. Talk to Jason he is so helpful. If they do not have it, they can either get it in for you or will do their best to suggest where to find what your looking for.
I will only go back there if absolutely necessary.
