Nick and Tommy were great! The dishwasher I had picked out was no longer there but Nick found it at the warehouse and ordered it for us. We bought a stove, fridge, and dishwasher so Tommy worked to get us the best deal possible. We were real happy with the great customer service.

We couldn't beat the price on their washer so we bought one used and it flooded a good portion of our first floor. Tommy, the manager handled everything quickly and professionally. We ended up getting a really good deal on a new unit. It turned out to be a big mess, the shipment of the new machine got delayed so we have been almost 2 months now without a washer, but, this Sears outlet did everything they could to keep us as customers.
