Was fairly decent the lady who cut my hair was very thourogh and did a good job but either didnt under stand what i was trying say but she didnt give exactly what i wanted but overall a good experience:)
Just came in for a haircut. Was quick. My hair turned out ok. Decent place from the single time I went there so far. Just giving them a 5* cuz I dont think they deserve the 2-3 ish star rating at the moment. Will change it if it is worse in the future
Middle-aged woman was obviously not having a good day and brought it into work with her. I'm sure she's not always so fussy, but she got frustrated when I tried to talk with her about what I was wanting. In so many words, so told me she was too lazy to do what I wanted so I walked out. Will never return to this branch of SuperCuts.
Stylist was nice and all but she clearly didn't listen to how I said I wanted my haircut. I just wanted an A line bob which she did... but in reverse... so now my back is quite a bit longer than the sides and I hate it.
Friendly and fast service. Staff was updated four months ago. Came in with some jacked up hair (as per usual), and Marcus was able to add texture and shape to my hair. Came out in way better shape than when I came in. Only complaint was that the back of my neck got scratched up by a trimmer.
EDIT: I gave it some thought, and I tried to be sympathetic, but the fact that they let me walk out of there looking stupid AND cut up, actually kind of p's me off. I remember him looking for a guard, giving up, and proceeding with trimmers anyway. You cut me, didn't say anything, took the money, and let me walk out of there. Guuuuurl, you've been doing hair for five years, and this is how you do me?? Shame on you. #cutatsupercuts LOL
