I don't like that when everyone on here, that rated this salon one star, got a response that was rude as hell. Which is proving their points. When a person complains about their service, I don't think it's appropriate to blame the customer. "It's your fault for picking the wrong color", "we never offer services unless they are asked for". Well you obviously did. And all the other nail salons responses to their customers being unsatisfied is "come back in and we will fix it for free, we deeply apologize!". Not ONE time has this owner offered to fix mistakes that the owner imagines the customer created. And on almost all of the reviews that were negative, the customer was told to "give them a second chance". No refund. Not free of charge. That is rediculous. Don't go off of ratings. This is why I research the hell out of something before I commit to throwing away almost $100. I'm not saying don't go here, but just don't be fooled by the ratings... I just feel bad for the women that had to pay all that money and didn't even get their nails fixed and got blamed for it as well...
I've been here twice; once by myself and once with my two girls. Both experiences were fantastic. Drinks are provided and the selection of services available are very nice. I was very impressed with the accommodations for my 5 year old. They provided a booster cushion to make her more comfortable in the chair and her nail technician was great at interacting with her and painted beautiful flowers on her big toes. It was a very relaxing experience for me as well. The price was very reasonable.
This was my first time coming to Bellagio. I was previously going to another establishment and was unsatisfied with the work (I'm not much for confrontation). I walked in the front door and was greeted quickly, when questioned on what I was looking for I was able to show them my previous nails, explain my dislikes, and from there they said there was no problem..
Below: Before- Nails were heavy, thick all around, and very much square box shaped. I did like the mood polish & sparkles. But overall unsatisfied. After- well speaks for itself.
This is by far the best nail salon I've been to in Pensacola. It does not smell of chemicals, and the staff is professional and friendly. I have been going to John for about a year now and I've had the best nails of my life. I get acrylic nails and they look natural, and they always last! I usually go every 3 weeks for a fill in. The only nail salon I'll go to! I highly recommend going and seeing John for your nails.
My nail technician was Linda, she made the proper corrections to my nails and gave me a clean, classic French Manicure. She was amazing and I will be returning to her as a regular. Thank you for knowing exactly what I meant and giving me that.
This was my first visit to Bellagio and I was very excited because of all the high ratings. However, the lady who did my nails did an AWFUL job and completely ruined my experience. I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted and she said she could do it. What I ended up with is not at all like I had showed her. My acrylics are way too short and not the shape I wanted. I was charged $54 for one set of acrylic nails when their website said something a lot cheaper. The girl next to me had a beautiful set of acrylics, so I believe the lady who did mine just wasn't well trained like the other nail techs. (She also had dirty nails, which was unsettling.) I am very unhappy and disappointed that I am now stuck with nails I do not even like.
I have no doubt that the other staff are just as amazing. The place itself is as beautiful as the photos. Clean and fresh. The pricing in my opinion fits the service provided. I have not one complaint. I defiantly will be recommending to friends. :D
